• Identification and contact data: first name, last name, phone, e-mail, country of residence.
• When signing in with IDNP and passport (students enrolled through the SKILLORA platform for the Israel programme): the IDNP and the passport series and number are passed once, securely (HTTPS), to the SKILLORA platform for the Israel programme, only to check whether the person is enrolled in the programme. The platform answers only with the student’s identifier, first name, last name and phone. The IDNP and passport are not kept on the site; only the identifier, the name and the phone are kept.
• Contract and payment data: the chosen programme, order and agreement number, amount, currency, payment date, the last digits of the card and the transaction ID provided by the payment service provider, as well as the electronic acceptance of the contractual documents (the documents and versions accepted, date and time, IP address). Full card details never reach us.
• Participation data: schedule and group, session entries (date, time, IP address, device type), participation data from Zoom reports (display name, time of joining and leaving, duration), viewing of video materials, the certificate issued.
• When you ask for a free consultation (the form on the programme pages): your name, phone, e-mail (if you give it), the direction you are interested in and the details you write, the page the request was sent from, the campaign parameters of the link (utm), the date and the IP address.
• Communications: requests, complaints and messages sent through the website, by e-mail or by phone.
• Technical data: cookies necessary for the website to function (see the Cookie Policy).

• Concluding and performing the agreement: creating the account, organizing the programme, access to sessions and materials, issuing the certificate.
• Checking identity at sign-in with IDNP and passport, so that students enrolled through the SKILLORA platform for Israel keep their access — performance of the agreement and legitimate interest.
• Recording attendance and proving that the service was provided, including in the event of complaints or payment disputes — legitimate interest and performance of the agreement.
• Communications about the programme (activation, reminders, schedule changes) by e-mail and by phone — performance of the agreement.
• Legal obligations, including accounting and tax records.
• Passing a consultation request to the consultant so that you are contacted — your consent, given with the box in the form; you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
• Verification of the authenticity of certificates by third parties, at their request — legitimate interest.

Data may be disclosed to public authorities only in the cases provided for by law. We do not sell or rent personal data.

• payment service providers used by SKILLORA for processing payments, including Paynet Services S.R.L., where applicable: we send them the order number, the amount, the currency and the name of the service; you enter the card details and any other data needed for the payment directly on the provider’s page, and we receive from the provider the result of the payment, the transaction ID and the last digits of the card;
• the SKILLORA platform for the Israel programme — to check students signing in with IDNP and passport: it receives the IDNP and the passport series and number and answers with the student’s identifier, first name, last name and phone;
• the independent employment partner that gives the free consultations — receives, only with your consent, the details of the consultation form in its CRM system (amoCRM) and processes them as a separate controller, under its own rules;
• Zoom Video Communications, Inc. — for holding online sessions; data may be processed outside the Republic of Moldova, with the safeguards offered by this provider;
• the e-mail service provider;
• the website hosting provider.

• Contractual and accounting documents — for the period required by accounting and tax legislation.
• Participation data and the certificate register — 5 years from completion of the programme, for verifying certificates and resolving any complaints.
• Consultation requests — 12 months on the website; the copy passed to the partner is kept under its rules.
• Account data — until deletion is requested, except for data we are required to keep.

On the certificate verification page, based on the unique number, only the holder’s name, the programme and the date of issue are displayed.

You have the right of access to your data, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, as well as the right to receive your data in a structured format. Requests can be sent from the personal account or to suport@skill-lora.com; we reply within no more than 30 days.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova.

The website operates exclusively over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to staff who need it to perform the agreement. Card details are processed only by the payment service provider.
