Description
SOLO is an individual programme. Together with a trainer, you look at what you can already do, what comes easily and what is harder when you prepare for life and work in another country.
Step by step, you complete simple self-assessment exercises and discuss the results. At the end you receive a personal adaptation plan: clear goals, concrete steps and realistic deadlines.
The programme is educational. It helps you understand yourself better and get organised, but it does not guarantee a job, a visa or a work permit.

Requirements
- A phone or computer with internet access
- About 2–3 hours per week
- No previous experience needed

- Online educational programme: live sessions with trainers on Zoom and video materials in your personal account, with no downloads.
- Start
- The programme is activated as soon as the payment service provider confirms the payment; the group schedule appears in your personal account.
- Access period
- For the whole period of study, until you receive the certificate of participation. Missed sessions can be recovered free of charge with the next group.
- On completion
- Electronic certificate of participation with a verifiable number, after attending all live sessions (at least 80% of each) and going through the video materials.
Questions about the course
With a trainer. You attend live sessions on Zoom and watch the online video materials in between; you discuss your exercise results one-to-one with the trainer.
A written personal adaptation plan with goals, steps and deadlines that you can keep using after the course.
