Description
In many countries, everyday services work through the phone: maps, transport, messages, appointments and payments. The DIGITAL course shows, in plain language, how to use these tools safely.
You will practise navigating with maps, buying transport tickets, translating text with your phone and communicating through messaging apps. We give examples from Germany, the UK, the UAE and Singapore.
An important part of the course is online safety: passwords, personal data and how to spot fake messages.
