How the duration is counted
- Study plan: 72 academic hours (an academic hour is 45 minutes, so 54 hours) — 60 academic hours of individual study on the platform and 12 academic hours of live activities with trainers.

Description
The “PROF-ADAPT” programme is a non-formal general adult education programme focused on continuous personal, social and professional development. It is based on the idea that previous experience can be used more effectively when an adult develops the ability to adapt, communicate, act independently and find their way digitally and financially.
The programme is delivered in blended form: 60 academic hours of individual study on the skill-lora.com platform (video and text materials, exercises, extra resources) and 12 academic hours of direct contact with trainers — 6 activities of 90 minutes (2 academic hours) each, at the Chișinău office and/or by videoconference. The package includes the START, BASIC, GRANT, AUTOPREZENTARE, PRACTICUM and SOLO courses.
The programme is especially suited to people who are about to integrate into a new socio-professional context, including in Israel. It does not replace an employer’s selection process, is not a professional qualification and does not guarantee employment, a visa or a work permit.
